[please apply online] position would work closely with the VP of Sales in managing national accounts and regional sales managers. An ideal candidate would be reliable and able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively. The position does require that when not traveling, the individual would commute each day to the office and work regular hours. We are looking for an organized, highly detailed professional, who does not mind wearing a few hats at a time, especially during busy times.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with sales representatives in the field, handling inquires and supporting when necessary at regional shows
  • Review full territory orders for errors, trends in sales, etc.
  • Review and respond in a timely manner to all phone calls, emails, quote requests, etc.
  • Visits regional customers and sales team when needed.
  • Manage independent sales representatives
  • Create commission structure
  • Create and implement incentive programs
  • Distribute sales collateral, specifically sampling of all items, new items, closeouts, special, etc.
  • Manage key customers
  • Participates actively in company scheduled or unscheduled meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university
  • 2+ years of related experience in ad specialty industry preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and resolve problems independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
